I was craving a burger before a concert and luckily stumbled upon Dempsey's after the Burger Stand was closed. The sliders and fries during happy hour were a satisfying choice, complementing the delicious salads and perfectly cooked burgers. The bustling atmosphere, variety of beers on tap, and attentive service make it a fantastic spot for a pre-game or weekend outing in Lawrence.
