My dad's all-time favorite spot to take us as kids is this hidden torta haven in El Paso, Texas. Let me tell you, the Texan torta here is like a flavor explosion in your mouth - tender beef, spicy peppers, and gooey cheese all snug between two slices of toasty bread.
