My husband does not eat BBQ, so I was delighted to find a place that offers both great BBQ for me AND desirable options for him. The ribs are incredible, and I love that there are multiple sauces to choose from and that the sauce is served on the side. Offered accompaniments include more than the standard potato salad and baked beans. I like the creamed corn and the tater tots. There is a phenomenal sandwich that includes a quarter-pound of shaved smoked ham AND a quarter-pound of bacon! It's decadently delicious.
The staff are friendly, knowledgable, and efficient. The owner makes a point of welcoming everyone. The total experience makes us want to make the trip there as often as possible from our home in Dallas.
