When in Washington, Missouri, my winery hopping usually begins at Montelle Winery, where the ambiance and stunning hilltop views create a relaxing atmosphere. I love starting at their tasting bar, then taking a glass of wine onto the spacious patio to enjoy live music and shareable snacks with friends. The combination of friendly staff, delicious wines-especially the Himmelswein-and beautiful surroundings keeps me coming back year after year.
