The clam chowder and clam cakes are always impressive, filled with tender clams. Diggy's is my favorite spot for ice cream and delicious food, perfect for summer!

I recently tried the clam cakes and chowder at Diggy's, and they were delicious! The chowder had plenty of tender clams, and the clam cakes were crispy and homemade. Definitely worth a visit for some tasty old-school grub in Rhode Island.

For an ice cream place they have the best clam cakes I've ever had. Even better than the place with a similar name down in Oakland Beach. They are not only big but they're full of clams and these taste like fresh ones not canned. I'm a digger myself so I know the difference. Born and raised here all my life so I know clam cakes! The chowder is great as well. Both the red and white. The other foods I hear are great to for a fast meal that doesn't break the bank. The ice cream is obviously what they're known for and that's great to. They have more flavors than you know what to do with. So try them out for lunch, or dinner and dessert! You can't go wrong!
