The food and service at Shula's are exceptional, making it an enjoyable venue for cocktails and dinner. On a recent visit, I was pleasantly surprised by the quality of the wedge salad and perfectly cooked chicken. The ambiance is classy, complemented by attentive staff, which enhances the overall dining experience.

We had two burgers a glass of iced tea and one glass of wine and it cost $58. The only reason why we went was because it is a steakhouse and we assumed the chef knew how to cook according to meat temperature. Not the case medium rare was like shoe leather. The waiter was awesome, but the management really could've cared less and had it a terrible representation for a place that holds itself to high regard. Nothing but disappointment.

We are now 9 weeks past one of the worst meals I have ever had! They keep saying they will send me a gift card but have yet to do it! I contacted them immediately after and accepted an offer of a gift card in the amount of my meal so that I could try them again but after weeks went by with no card arriving and not being able to get a hold of anyone to ask why, I contacted the BBB. They then lied to the BBB but again I accepted their second offer of the gift card. To no surprise yet again we are weeks past when they said they have no problem sending me a gift card and I still do not have a gift card. Originally they called me a liar and blamed me for the problem! They are located inside The Westin Lake Mary Hotel so I thought I would be getting great service with good quality food but they are destroying the Westin standards! I wouldn't even stay at the Westin unless you plan on eating outside of the hotel the whole time! They ruined my birthday and still 9 weeks later have not made it right. Just remember they will call you a liar and blame the problem on you if you have any issues with the meal so I hope your willing to eat anything they give you even if it's a steak so dry that you can't even swallow it bc it hurts!

Made booking for Christmas Day with good expectations. Wife ordered from " Signature Entrees" the New York Strip. Half was meat other half grissle. Shared with our server she said 'sorry I can take it back and try to find a tender one." We declined since she would be eating by herself as I was half way through my meal (not the strip). Very disappointing. As we drove out noticed a McDonalds on the corner. Humm! 😌
