Grabbed dinner to go from Cotijas since it was close to our Airbnb, and the chicken enchiladas and carnitas burrito hit the spot. Inside, there was karaoke going on, so after a long day exploring La Jolla, I ended up sticking around for a Corona and some good tunes with Vicente. The food is consistently delicious, the service super friendly, and even though parking can be tricky, I'll definitely be back to try more-especially that shrimp burrito if you like a little spice!

I picked up dinner from Cotijas since it was conveniently located near our Airbnb, and I was pleasantly surprised by the quality of the food. The chicken enchiladas and carnitas burrito were both delicious, and the lively atmosphere with karaoke made for a fun experience. After enjoying a Corona and some great music, I knew I would return to try more of their menu, especially since my team loved the tacos I ordered for work.
