9/3/13. Stopped by at 7:45 to order a chill. Similar to McFlurry. Attendant said they close at 8 and machine was already cleaned so they could not make chills. Ordered sundaes. Went to pay, girl says credit machine down, only accepting cash. Luckily, I had cash. When I received my ice cream the girl was EXTREMELY rude, said I'm done for the day and cut off all the lights at 7:50 while still standing there. Is customer service dead in this country? I weep for the future! I have owned restaurants and if this was my employee, I would have FIRED her on the spot! GO ELSEWARE, the ice cream is the same as anywhere else, only friendlier staff!
