The bar has a real local vibe, with a friendly staff that makes you feel right at home. I usually swing by during the day for their vodka sauce hot wings, which are surprisingly good. They host live music in the evenings, which adds to the fun atmosphere, but it can get a bit crowded with the young college crowd on weekends. It's a cool spot by the university, with a nice mix of history and entertainment.
