Finlan's is what a neighborhood tavern should be. I was in Towanda for over 2 months and I was in Finlan's nearly every night. They make a great Philly cheese steak sandwich, the drinks are generous, the service is the friendliest and best anywhere. This Texas boy hopes to get back there one of these days even though they made fun of my accent.
