Excellent service and food.

I just left the Rio Vista Bakery and Deli and had the WORST experience I've probably ever had at a small deli. My BF and I ordered 2 sandwiches, we were charged $25. We then only got 1 and we told her that we ordered 2, she then proceeds to tell us to tell us that we owe her another $16. We asked her to explain (sense we never got a receipt or was even asked if we'd like one,) and we learned each topping was anywhere from .99-$2.99 so cheese $1.99 (which we didn't get to choose) icebreg lettuce .99, tomatoes $1.99, avocados $2.99 etc. No where in the menu did it specify each additional topping was a charge. So I asked her what do we get for the $8.99 that the menu displays, her response was "bread & turkey." No condiments, no lettuce, no cheese, nothing. The sandwich was mediocre to say the least, and the way she has her menu displayed is false advertising. I recommend going ANYWHERE ELSE, or make sure you get clarification before ordering because if not you'll spend $50.00 for 2 blah sandwiches with cheese you don't get to choose, a few soggy end cuts of a tomato, brown lettuce, & onion, no mayo, no mustard, & a drink. Im so disappointed in the whole experience. Explains why no one was in there.
