I live in Export and my no.# bar is Neighbors in Jeanette. Gina and Nicole are great people and bartenders !!! I met one other bartender there and didn't catch her name but she was cool and worthy of the $5 tip I always leave. Over the past year or so I met many cool guys and ladies and even several guys I worked with in the past. I give Neighbors a 5 * rating. In closing,I give the owner Gina a solid rating and mainly because of her personality-she doesn't take any sh-t from anyone,especially if your drunk and being a drunkin' idiot !!!
