Having a satisfying breakfast experience can really set a positive tone for the day. Last week my dads breakfast was cold and this week it was even worse. I ordered my eggs over light and they came sunny, the bacon and sausages were cold and the toast wasn't toasted. I don't know what's happened to the place, but it's really heading in the wrong direction:(.
