First I was ignored at the front register for over 5 minutes. At one point an employee came out to the register (I later discovered it was actually the manager) but when I said "hi" she just turned around and walked to the back. When I was finally helped, I was overcharged by almost $1.15 (charged me for cream cheese on my bagel when I asked for, and got, butter only). When I brought it to their attention, they first tried to tell me it was the same price. Then, when I used the app to showed them it wasn't, the manager came out and rudely said "it's ONLY a $0.67 difference but I'll be nice and give you $0.75" and immediately walked away from me to the back. Due to the rudeness, I complained to the franchisee owner who basically said she'd talk to the manager but didn't even attempt to make it right. Save yourself the trouble and go to one of the many other Dunkin's in the area.
