The rustic ambiance at The Lodge creates a cozy retreat where familiar flavors like prime rib and hand-cut fries bring comfort after a long walk along the Blackstone River Valley Bike Trail. Though the food consistently satisfies and server Dee's warm presence adds a welcome touch, the quiet neglect at the hostess stand and lively bar can make newcomers feel overlooked amidst the inviting, down-to-earth vibe.

I have frequented The Lodge and enjoy its cozy ambiance, but the seating arrangement in the first dining area could be more accommodating for seniors. While the food is delicious, improvements could be made in the area of customer service, particularly at the hostess stand and the bar. I recommend enhancing the welcoming atmosphere by hiring a friendly hostess and providing prompt service to ensure a pleasant dining experience for all patrons.
