LATELY EVERY TIME I CALL TO ORDER BREAKFAST ALL I GET IS AN EXCUSE FROM THEM LIKE ITS TOO FAR WE DONT EXCEPT CHECKS OR CREDIT CARDS ONLY CASH. SOUNDS TO ME LIKE THEY ARE DOING SO WELL THEY DONT NEED MY BUISNESS. IN DUE TIME EVERY ONE HERE WILL ALSO STOP ORDERING FROM THERE BY WORD OF MOUTH. FOOD IS ALWAYS COLD ANY WAY.

Man, this place will blow you away! There are "weenie joints" all over the state, but M&M takes top marks in cleanliness, quality, service and attitude. There are the usual neighborhood characters holding forth on politics, economy and whatnot, of course. It's a downhome, friendly atmosphere and you'll feel part of the scene as soon as you sit down.

The food? Well, there are the wieners, the usual gamut of grille foods, the cold coffee milk - but there are daily specials that change frequently, out of sight desserts, and you name it. For those of you who want a bit of drama while you're noshing, there is a vending machine for scratch tickets and a Keno terminal too. Something for everyone.

Fridays....ah, Fridays. Fish and chips! A nice crisp golden brown batter holding a big chunk of firm, sweet white fish and the best fries you'll ever fall in love with. Come early. Fridays sees the booths and stools fill up fast (no pun intended!).

I know I marked everything "10" out of 10, but if anyone deserves "11", M&M surely does!
