Betos Bar in East Chicago is a lively Spanish bar where I enjoyed a deliciously sweet $6 strawberry Margarita, felt welcomed by the friendly patrons and attentive bartender, watched sports on multiple TVs, appreciated the upbeat music despite its volume, and admired the interesting Spanish posters and tchotchkes adorning the walls, although some may find the language barrier a challenge.
