I have visited Veranda's noodle bar multiple times and feel compelled to share my experience. Of all the Pho spots in Portland, Veranda's stands out as having the best Pho I've tasted. The cozy and welcoming atmosphere adds to the overall dining experience. The service is consistently exceptional, with staff willing to accommodate special requests like packing up Pho to-go.
