Let me tell you, I've slurped my way through countless bowls of pho, but this one was a game changer! The meat was so abundant that I had a delicious bite with every scoop, and the paper rolls-oh boy-were the softest and freshest I've ever encountered. Even though the ambiance is pretty standard, the food is truly where it's at, making me a loyal fan who's willing to drive twenty minutes just for a bowl of that rich, flavorful broth!
