This place has really gone downhill. Service is terrible and the milkshakes were grainy and took 30 minutes to get. Worst Steak n shake ever. Do not go to this restaurant!!

Terrible service. Have been here a few times hoping it would get better but has not! Took 15 min to be seated while employees was standing around talking, took another 17 min to place a order. Has now been another 7 min and still no drinks.
