Great food and atmosphere!

The breaded wings tossed in the wing sauce were absolutely delicious and some of the best I've had in the area. The fish dinners and cheese pizza we ordered during the shelter in place order were cooked perfectly to our liking, with crispy French fries and onion rings. Every time I've ordered from Pies Guys, whether through Grubhub or for pick-up, the food has been consistently great, especially their yummy fish fry. I look forward to returning to try more of their food options and enjoy their welcoming space for larger gatherings or family meals.

I ordered from Pie guys at 4PM in the afternoon for house guests and asked for it to be delivered at 6:30 PM. At 6:40 I called them and told the manager it had not arrived. He told me the food was in route. At 6:55 I recalled and was told it would be delivered any minute.

At 7:10 I called again and was told the same story ! At 7:20 I called again and told the manager the food had still not arrived and to cancel the order. I went out and ordered Chinese food.

The manager not only messed up and did not put my order in for delivery, he lied to me a number of times that the food was in route.

They did not credit my card after I cancelled the order and had the nerve to double bill me so my credit card company tells me and both amounts will be disputed.
Would not go back.

We just had their Pizza and hot wings and will not be ordering from any other place but this one. We moved here 2 yrs ago and have been looking and trying different pizza places and this one is the best. We won't be looking any further. Today is 11-02-2013.
