I recently visited Ammo's for the first time after years of coming to the area. It's a typical "up north bar" with a long bar, pool table, and a video jukebox playing country music. The food options include sandwiches, frozen pizzas, and a cheese & cracker snack, with my Italian beef sandwich being a standout choice. The bar offers standard drink selections with a generous pour, and the cozy atmosphere is enhanced by bird feeders attracting local wildlife. The tavern is popular among trail riders and snowmobilers, and my friends and I had a great experience thanks to the friendly bartender, George. Despite losing some money on pull tabs, we were impressed by the cleanliness and overall vibe of the place and look forward to returning.
