Day tripping brought me to Bulls, a cozy little tavern with a sweet bartender named Sí©bastien who made the shots and cold Coors flow like a charm. The vibe is all about the friendly locals, great staff, and the ever-smiling bouncer Shane, who definitely deserves a drink invite (Jack too, because why not?). Sure, the layout is a bit quirky and the music could use a bump, but with Kevin and Taelor running the show, it's been a beloved SLO staple where every birthday bash feels like a legendary party.
