I visited this establishment for the first time and was impressed by the friendly service provided by Ashley behind the bar, which made me want to return. Now on my third visit, I continue to enjoy the welcoming atmosphere. It's a cozy neighborhood bar where the bartenders remember your name and your favorite drink - cheers to that!

Small neighborhood shot and beer bar. Atmosphere was okay, not bad not really good either. Lots of really drunk people to the point of being almost belligerent, rude, offensive and unwelcoming - at least to any newcomers. Bartenders average, lay your money on the counter and I will take your troubles away mentality. Not really. They could not care if you got so drunk that you could not stand let alone walk or drive home. One of the male customers, Casey, was so rude and said that The Dugout was his bar and that I could not come there. It's a public place with no sign that read "Casey's" bar and restaurant. What surprised me was that the bartender and other customers knew that this guy was totally wasted and they continued to serve him anyways. He slipped and fell outside the bar and couldn't get up on his own. He had to be helped up and placed inside his car. Not sure whether he sat there all night or someone decided to drive him home. If you are looking to be treated humanely, this is not the place.

I went to this bar. Had a good time. Was treated badly by one of their so called regular customers, who was really drunk and was not so nice to me. He told me that this was his bar, his neighborhood and that I could not come there anymore. Since when does a customer have the right to tell you that you can not come to a public place or sit and call you names in front of other customers? I was shocked that the bartender allowed such a thing to happen.
