Ordering from Tiff's Treats can be a bit of a gamble. My first experience was frustrating with a long wait and an order I couldn't cancel, but Brandon's amazing customer service turned it around. The cookies are decent, and I appreciate their charity work, but I hope they pay attention to baking consistency because I'm rooting for them!

Avoid ordering from Tiff's Treats as my first experience took longer than expected and had a hiccup with cancellation. However, the service was exceptional and the desserts were satisfactory.
