Had a six o'clock reservation, ordered a glass of wine, and ordered meal. At seven fifteen no sign of food. Let. Will never go back.

DISGUSTING-- NEVER AGAIN-- HORRIBLE CHEF/OWNER COOK I could have gotten better food at a chain!! I ordered a grilled chicken sandwich. The food arrived by a different person than the waitress ordered with, no requested ketchup or horseradish sauce arrived with it. When the waitress finally came back by she didn't ask how the food was or anything although I had taken one small bite and nothing else in all the time she was helping others(15 min). My sandwich was inedible BURNT CHAR grilled with grill marks not simply pleasantly grilled. I sat the sandwich plate on the opposite side of the table so she might realize there was a problem and she simply asked if I'd like a box. I told her no, the sandwich was so burnt char grilled tasting that I could not eat it and everything else on it was flavorless including the chicken which had no seasoning. She did not ask if I would like it re-made or corrected or offer any solution, only taking away the plate of food with one small bite gone!! She brought the ticket and did not remove or credit anything for the sandwich so I took it to her and asked if it was correct since I could not eat the sandwich due to the burnt taste. She said she would ask her boss but he was busy cooking. She returned and said the cook/owner said the item said grilled on the menu so he would not credit it simply because I felt it was burnt which he denied. In the end I paid $19 for fries, a cup of crappy soup with water!! Never again will I visit this restaurant or any place this owner/chef might cook at!! Disgusting treatment of customer and total lack of customer service or good business sense to not offer to re-make the item or anything!!
