I have been a loyal customer of Shalimar Delmar Palastani Restaurant for many years, drawn in by their incredible Naan variations and Tikka Makani that never fail to impress my taste buds. The lamb curry is an absolute standout, embodying the rich and vibrant flavors of Palastani cuisine that I have been craving since moving here. I have been a Shalimar customer for nearly 20 years. After a phone call to order take-out this evening, I will never go back to Shalimar Delmar. The man who answered was rude, questioned if I knew what I was talking about and said, "This is Shalimar, Delmar. You don't know where you are calling." He said they don't have what I was ordering and I should,
"Get it right." The original Shalimar owner always joked as he thanked me for coming in that I had probably put several of his children through college. Tonight's rude man ruined the evening and lost a very loyal customer with his nasty attitude.
