Missing the Midtown Hillstone has me trekking out to Park Avenue South just to get my fix-can't skip the Osaka roll, it's a must every single time! The ribs? Perfectly tender and bursting with flavor, paired with their spinach artichoke dip and crisp martinis, it's a combo that never disappoints. The ambiance and professional service always hit the mark, though snagging a reservation feels like winning the lottery these days, which is a real shame for such a fantastic dining experience.
