I CALLED TO ORDER A SUGAR FREE CHEESECAKE, I WAS TOLD TO ORDER THE DAY BEFORE I NEEDED, THEY DID NOT MAKE THEM EVERYDAY. I CALLED BACK THE DAY BEFORE I NEEDED TO PICK IT UP AND THE RUDE LADY ON THE PHONE SAID, "WE NEVER SAY THAT, IT TAKES 3 DAYS TO MAKE A CHEESECAKE!" I EXPLAINED THAT THAT LADY I SPOKE WITH SAID 1 DAY, HER RESPONSE, "OH, SHE WAS PROBABLY NEW." I TOLD HER I HAD BEEN COMING TO THIS BAKERY FOR YEARS, EVEN SUPPORTED THEM DURING COVID, (I ALSO LIVE IN SANTA CLARITA, A BIT OF A DRIVE). SHE HAD NO RESPONSE, SO I TOLD HER THEY HAD LOST A GOOD CUSTOMER, SHE SAID OK AND HUNG UP. I DON'T THINK THIS IS HOW THE OWNER/MANAGER WOULD FEEL, HOWEVER, AS SMALL A SHOP AS IT IS, SURELY SOMEONE WOULD HAVE HEARD HER BEING SO RUDE. MAYBE THE MANAGER/OWNERS DON'T CARE EITHER.

I go to Delice Bakery whenever I can. There's so much to pick from, always fresh & just delicious. I especially like their tarts! I missed out on Valentines cookies & they all sold before I could get in! The ladies are always so nice & efficient. I am so happy to have a good bakery in our area!
