The star cookies and French bread were fantastic, with bread that was fresh out of the oven, hot, and incredibly flavorful, reminding me of Philly. The crust had just the right crispness while the interior remained light and airy, making their rolls perfect for sandwiches like cheesesteaks or pulled-pork, and the friendly service made the experience even better.

The bread at this Lancaster City mainstay is truly exceptional, reminiscent of the authentic flavors of Philly. The crispy crust and soft, airy interior make for the perfect base for any sandwich, especially a classic cheesesteak.

Great rolls!!!! Have tried many brands, always come back to A&S. Good for burgers, bbq, subs or even toasted.
