When I worked there, the food was good and the chef really cared about what he sent out. We only had three waitresses for three rooms though. We literally ran to get orders out. The owner we had while I worked there was a hot-headed red-head who treated us all like crap. She sat at the bar getting smashed and criticized everything we did. I know that when another person bought it, it went downhill even worse. That restaurant could have been a great place with a good owner and management.
