My boyfriend ordered me a specialty New Years Eve birthday cake surprise that turned into a nightmare. When I saw the cake, it was half opened in a box that was too small. There was a big slash on the side of the cake (likely caused by the teenage delivery boy holding it too roughly). Now I know why my boyfriend was so stressed the day before December 31st. He sent a picture, and asked if he could get an undamaged cake. They refused to give a refund and told him he could order another cake instead. I can't comment much more on the customer ordering experience, but I can comment on the taste.

I tried the cake. It was DISGUSTING. Dry and flaky, the taste made me want to gag, the frosting was mediocre at best and the raspberry cream filling had no taste. It made me wonder if it was overcooked or left out too long to get stale before it was frosted.

I hope this place gets punished for the way they treat their customers and their poor quality of food.
