Long's Drugstore and Counter has sadly closed its doors for good after being a beloved staple in the Sequoyah-Bearden area since the '50s. With its retro red and chrome tables, hand-dipped milkshakes, and classic cheeseburgers, Long's was more than just a place to grab a meal - it was a step back in time to a slower way of life. The staff, the food, the atmosphere - everything about Long's was a nostalgic experience that will be dearly missed.

Ruth's fried eggs, bacon, and toast are great in the morning. Return at lunch for her hand-made Tuna sandwiches and hot French fries. YUM
