Quarthouse is a great spot for casual chats and friendly folks, starting the day at 8am is a nice touch for our neighborhood. The space is just right for a mid-sized gathering or post-work meetup, though parking meters can be a hassle until 5 pm. From its view of Bayliss Park to the lively atmosphere at night, it's a favorite dive bar for me in Council Bluffs.
