Traveling through Loveland and Rochester, MN in 1973 led us to stumble upon Yoba's, a quaint and welcoming establishment with a touch of nostalgia. The ambiance was cozy, with Andy of Mayberry gracing the big screen as my wife and I indulged in crispy deep-fried appetizers accompanied by a refreshing tap beer. Yoba's in Rushville, Nebraska, owned by the charismatic Steve "Yoba" Elwood, serves up the 'Yoba Burger Deluxe,' a half-pound of fresh Nebraska beef char-grilled to perfection, making it a worthy contender for one of the finest burgers in the world.
