I lived in Gaffney for most of my life and had to move away for a job for several years. I moved back recently to find that Aegean has moved into a new location. I was informed by the server that they have been there for a few years now and was very disappointed with the food. Also, I sat in a booth that was in direct view of the kitchen entrance to find that the kitchen was a total disaster. (Nasty) I was very upset when my salad came out and the plate was hot and the salad seemed wilted and warm. It was very bad. The pizza was runny and greasy and was not the amazing treat I had remembered. The server was as sweet and gracious as she could be and tried her best to make my less than mediocre visit the least bit enjoyable. The cashiers and host were also very loving and kind. However, as far as the managers/owners of Aegean.. I would encourage them to remember the ways of the old place because the new isn't working as well as it should.

Drivin on I-85 for business and needed a break. Saw the billboard for Aegean Pizza and decided to stop. A great find! Had a Greek salad and hot wing pizza. Both were delicious. Service friendly and prompt. A welcome change to all the fast-food and franchise joints along this route. I'll be back!

A Gaffney friend recommended this restaurant and he didn't steer us wrong. All 4 of us in our party enjoyed the meals and the atmosphere. Low-key but friendly and clean. We had a very sweet server who checked with us often and was anxious to please. It's a very good value for the quality of food and price, but I've found family-owned restaurants often are. We'll return again.

Went on a Saturday, a private party was going on. Two waitresses were there. Slow service, not right order, husband ordered a salad, did not get it till later. Did not receive refills until asked. If your doing a party you need more staff. Also it was not very busy in the seated area part.I like their food but not that bad.

We love this place. Chicken Buffalo Pizza and Greek Salad are awesome. Pricing is decent too!

If the cook at Aegean Pizza messes up your order, you'd better double check your bill. I ordered a chicken souvlaki platter with rice pilaf for a side, and got some very greasy potato wedges instead. They brought out the rice right away after I brought it to their attention, but when I went to pay, they had ADDED the rice to my bill as an "extra side."

The quality of the food was good overall. The rice side dish, the salad, the salad dressing, the cucumber dip, and the pita bread were all very, very good. The chicken itself was OK, too. It could have stood a little more in the way of seasoning. It was a bit bland, but not bad at all. The grilled onions were pretty good, too.

It wasn't all good, though. Oddly, they also served this dish with three onion rings (garnish?) on top. Those were truly nasty. I took one bite out of two different onion rings to make sure I hadn't just bit into a bad spot on the onion. I really don't know what possessed them to serve onion rings on a Greek chicken platter in the first place.

We love this restaurant. I like their lasagna and don't think it's expensive at all for the whole delicious dinner that includes salad and bread. Pizza is best around. We go every week.

Good food - but quite expensive for Gaffney.
