Service was awful

I ordered the chicken sandwich combo like I always do. I sit down at the table and open my sandwich. I look at the chicken because I know they have just cooked it, and it's raw plus it's spicy chicken. I send it back. They give me another one which has been microwaved. I know this because of the rubbery texture. Needless to say but I'm going to anyway, I will not eat at this franchise again. Food problem aside. The place is not sanitary. Tables were not clean nor were seats.
