I make regular trips to Darlington and always make sure to visit Bay Island for a meal. The sweet tea and perfectly fried fish at this establishment embody true Southern hospitality, making it a must-visit for me. The 2-piece croaker or whiting with a side of jumbo prawns is my go-to order, and I also enjoy sampling their locally sourced products like hot sauce and cracklings.
