The restaurant has undergone ownership changes and features a new menu, transforming from a bar-style setup to a more traditional dining experience. With just a handful of tables in the main area and a charming screen porch, it offers a cozy atmosphere for both lunch and dinner. During our visit, I enjoyed the BBQ pork on Texas Toast, and my wife loved her quarter chicken dinner; both meals were delicious, and the service was impressively quick.

The BBQ offered by BIG AL is average at best... the ribs are over cooked... the hash is to sweet... the green beans suck... AND, for over one half hour, all I heard was the staff making fun of other previous customers and complaining about an upcoming wedding party... No one said thank you or asked me to return.
