Called ahead and they said they were open until 1 AM, so we placed an online order and when I got off work - went to pick it up. Got there at 12:30 AM - drove to the window - worker FINALLY came to the window and said they were CLOSED. I said the app had taken my money and how was I going to get my money back? He went to get the manager. Manager came to the window and said "We're CLOSED!" I asked about a refund and he said even louder, "WE'RE CLOSED!!" Then he slammed the window shut and walked off!!! Had to contact corporate to get my money back but it will take 3 to 5 days!! Needless to say, Burger King will NEVER get another penny of my money - EVER!
