The customer service is awful. The girl who took my debit card, handed over foo, and gave our drinks to us never once spoke a word or said thank you even when my spouse said thank you. If you hate your job so bad get another one!! We are done with this location as it is always the same!

I did a drive-thru order today, and the communication with the person taking my order was difficult. I thought it was just me she couldn't hear or understand, however I overheard the same problem when the person behind me was giving her order. I chalked it up to, perhaps, a lack of qualified help due to 'no one wanting to work these days' - thanks to Covid. I was surprised at the current 'jacked up' prices for what I got, compared to same items I was purchasing before. I was a fairly frequent customer when they first opened, but think I may be over it. Also I never receive coupons anymore either. Must have been just an incentive to draw people in when they were new. Will have to ponder as to whether I'll make a return visit, or just mark this one off my list. Too bad, because Lugoff can always use more restaurants.

Slow. Drive through is NOT efficient. Restaurant has two drive through lanes and only uses one. Wait times are ridiculous. Not a good place to eat if you have time restraints.

This new Burger King is a few months old and services and dependability is already horrendous. Ordered takeout a few times and every time the order has been wrong. Get this, the receipt doesn’t even have the store phone number and you can’t find a working number online to call about it. This is a sign that this location in a small community won’t last long. Had to believe that you order a fish sandwich and get a bacon king combo. I nor my extended family will support and spend a penny at this location moving forward, sad! Was really excited about it being in Lugoff.
