The room was quiet and featured a comfortable large bed, making for a restful stay. The staff was friendly, and both breakfast and dinner exceeded expectations, with standout dishes like the blackened chicken tenders and shrimp and grits, ensuring I look forward to returning.

Everything was great except I got a high priced steak and it was terrible!

Two weeks ago we ate there and were sadly disappointed. The filets we ordered were tasteless, not seasoned whatsoever. Cooked a nice medium as ordered, but no flavor whatsoever. The french fries were cooked in old grease, the mushrooms which were supposed to be sautí©ed on the steak were cold. Not just cold, but never touched a pan or were in any way sautí©ed or seasoned. The broccoli casserole also was bland.

We had a short wait to be seated, even though there were open tables. I suppose the staff needed time to catch up. The service was slow, we ran out of tea a couple of times and yet we could hear the staff in the kitchen talking, just being loud, sounded like horseplay going on. We like fine food and will pay a fair price. This $100+ was a waste.
