Excellent!

Classic's Deli is always delicious. The atmosphere is a very quaint, creatively decorated place. It is always clean and the people are friendly....very busy but friendly. I am writing this to say all this but to also let the managment know that criticizing your employees or instructing them on something that they are doing incorrectly in front of customers is not adding to your ambience. I was extremely uncomfortable hearing her talk to her employees. I will go back, however I hope that this can be helpful to you in the future.
