Awful Experience!!! We had a big party that went for "All you can eat crab legs", well, that was a joke. They have a sign by the road, by the door and on their walls stating "all you can eat crab legs", but what they don't tell you is that you have to do a pre-order of the amount that you anticipate that you will be eating days ahead of time. Same with the oysters. We had one that wanted fried popcorn shrimp and they did not have any of that. We had one that had ordered Crab Cakes and after many meals that were brought out to our table after waiting hour and 1/2, we were told that they had not even dropped the crab cakes. We cancelled the crab cakes. There were children at our table and their meals were prepared and brought out last after every adult had their meals and were half way through.

NEVER EVER WILL I GO TO THIS PLACE AGAIN !!!!! AWFUL SERVICE AND WAY OVER PRICED!!!!!!!

My husband and I have eaten seafood all over the U.S. And the food at Cotton House was as good if not better than many 5star resturants. We are so happy to have good seafood in our neighborhood

Wow! The food was terrible and Mr.Lyle really need to take a course on communication with his customers.The Brim was nothing but batter and the waitress Ms.Terry wanted to correct the problem but Mr.Lyle said i would not correct the problem for 8.00. Ms.Terry great job, but owner does not care.PLEASE spend your MONEY somewhere that value customer satisfaction.NOT WORTH YOUR TIM OR MONEY!
