The worst experience
Waited over an hour to be seated even though they quoted 30 minutes. wasn't allowed to reserve but a bus load comes in and Jumps ahead of everyone else. The manager told staff to seat bus over the people that had been previously waiting. Finally get seated and at that time was told that it's going to be another 45 minutes to an hour before any food is received. At minimum they could have told us that before we waited an hour to be seated. We were only a party of three.

We really want to express our very positive experience dining at the Walterboro Cracker Barrel. The server we had is named KATELYN BARWICK and what a nice young lady. !!! We were really tired from a long travel day from Ohio and we truly appreciated her kind and pleasant demeanor. The restaurant was very busy and Katelyn was calm, organized, and personable with everyone. This was the afternoon on May 17,2018. We did eat breakfast very early the next day and of course she was not there yet but expressed to the manager our very nice experience and that every time we have visited that location have always been treated with extremely kind servers and workers. Thank you again again, Katelyn, and we wish you the very best..... !!!!!!!
