I eat often in D & D. Have never seen a roach and the owners are hard working honest citizens providing a menu that includes both breakfast and lunch closing at 3pm. The reviews are outdated. They have a set menu for Monday thru Friday which enables quick dining for anyone on a schedule and I always clean my plate with the exception of "chicken & dumplings.". I had "beef stew" over mashed potatoes yesterday with two vegetables for $7.62. If you go to Lizards Thicket just the beef stew is $8.49. The inspection results by the HEALTH DEPARTMENT are clearly posted on the door and shows an "A".
