Always good food.

I hate to be writing this review as we have been patrons of this restaurant for many years, through its ups and downs of quality and flavor. The one problem we have never encountered with them is cold, inedible food. I placed an order of $75 tonight, picked it up immediately, and all of the food was cold and terrible. I could tell immediately when opening the bag that it was not fresh. The food was picked up within the 20 minute window, and should have been hot. I called the manager to kindly state the problem, letting her know we did not want a refund and only wanted to let them know the issue. Sadly, due to the manager's poor response, we will not be going back to our favorite local Chinese restaurant. :(
