I had an excellent stay at the hotel on May 26, 2023. The room and atrium were clean with no odors, and the evening reception and salmon dinner were enjoyable. The service provided by Shanikqua at the front desk was outstanding, as she handled a difficult situation with professionalism and composure, earning my sincere compliments.
