My friend and I went to this Fatz Café and what a let down!! I have enjoyed the food, management, service and etc. for 13 years now and have NEVER had a complaint. However today was like going to a different place. First of all the iced tea was not fresh and good as it had been before and the waitress did bring fresh tea which was good. Then when our meals came you could look at the baked potatoes and see that
they had been reheated and served again as they were pale brown or beige inside..not white. My chopped steak was two hamburgers on
top of the other. We asked if there was new management and found out it was.

When I finally got him over he was rude and only answered my question with a question.

Very sorry because that is always been my go to restaurant and also my Grandson had worked there. Broad river rd,columbia, sc

Our servers name was Shayna. She was the best server we have ever had in any of our experiences with restaurants. The biggest thing my family of 4 loved about her was that her smile never left her face and she kept conversation with us. She was so polite, friendly, and overall amazing. We hope to come back and still see her there because she will be the server we recommend very highly!
The food was amazing and everything was cooked to perfection, so the cooks did amazing.
A female manager came to us to ask how everything was--great service overall.

Thank you for a fantastic meal and an absolutely positive server and staff!!!
