The service at the North Augusta location is exceptional, with warm greetings and attentive staff who remember our favorite orders. The food is consistently hot and delicious, with generous portions; today, the catfish was so good that I couldn't resist going back for seconds. While I've enjoyed many meals here, I did have a couple of issues with my order that need attention, but overall, the experience is quite satisfying.

I went to Gary's Hamburgers yesterday and I am disgusted with the way my meal was given to me. I ordered a cheeseburger, large fries, and a large Coke to go. What I got was a sloppily thrown together cheeseburger, fries with hair, and my Coke had hair as well so I threw it all out!! The only reason I didn't get my money back was because I had already left the restaurant, I won't be making that mistake again.
